2. User Conduct

You agree not to use Spill to:

• Post "fake news" or intentionally misleading salary information.
• Engage in tribalism, harassment, or hate speech.
• Doxx or reveal the private personal identity of other anonymous users.

3. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you post, but you grant Spill a license to display, distribute, and promote your "spills" within our network.

4. Limitation of Liability

Spill is a platform for user-generated content. We do not guarantee the accuracy of salary data or company reviews posted by users.
